Katie sent me an Indio. It had a very patchy dye job as you can see below. I stripped it which got rid of the majority of patches apart from a section at one tail. We agreed on magenta and a purple acid dye. I gave it two dips as after the first one the patch was still shining through a lot. It's now barely noticeable. The colour is very hard to capture. In real life it is a deep magenta with a purplish coloured weft.

After. Like I said, very hard to photograph. It's much deeper magenta in real life, with a subtle purplish shade weft thread.
